HY! I am not going
to tell and suggest you any doctor treatment or the phenomenon like this. Going
to tell you about some natural remedies that helps me a lot to enjoy good
health.
- The first thing that in want to share about is early to rise. Yes! Get up early in the morning , walk on the cool grass, close your eyes for some time and take a deep breathe. Do try it gives you will feel relax and this cool breeze will swipe all your daily routine pressure. More walk, more fitness.

The next thing
that I really like…guess!?
- Yeah, its apple. As you heard before one apple per day, no need of doctor. Its interesting apple behaves like a doctor.
- And the third thing that really matter, is don’t take any fruit after 7 pm. Mostly, people ignore and they took fruit after this time. The result is not good as the iron present in fruit remains in our body that my cause a problem. Although fruits are best for health but do follow every thing at proper time.
